  • Application Fee $100.00 / One-Time Per applicant
  • Renter's Insurance $20.00 / Per Month Residents must maintain an active policy or will be charged a $20 non-compliance monthly fee.
  • Amenity Fee $45.00 / Per Month Per Household
  • Window Guard Fee $20 / Per Window / One-Time Required by law if a child 10 or younger resides in the apartment
  • Security Deposit Variable / One-Time
